Sarah Munroe
Principal & Founder

With over 20 years of broad technology marketing and business development experience, Sarah brings strategic and operational expertise to companies' growth opportunities. Creative with solid grounding in marketing and financial disciplines, she has launched new business initiatives and taken turnarounds to profitability in both venture funded early stage and Fortune 100 multi-national companies in the US and internationally. Championing pragmatism, accountability and the tenet that marketing is "anything that touches the customer", Sarah delivers consistently strong results by aligning and leading cross-functional teams through integrated marketing execution-from product launch and evolution, through customer awareness, sales and service.

Sarah founded The Munroe Group, LLC in 2002, to help growing technology companies reach the next level by building and putting into action profitable marketing strategies that leverage the best connection points between companies and their target markets. The Munroe Group, LLC offers clients the combined proficiencies of respected "kindred business spirits" Sarah has had the privilege of working with during her career. In addition to serving on an extended contract as CMO of a Jamaican wireless operator, Sarah's corporate experience includes marketing and finance leadership roles at XO Communications, Concert Communications and MCI. She holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Biology from Georgetown University. Ever interested in growing things, Sarah is an enthusiastic garden designer in her spare time.
